Earning Points

Interaction Between SARATHI and Ward must be Mandatory to earn points

Interaction frequency of SARATHI with its Ward are defined as follows

Once in every 15 days - for the 1st 3 months from the date of joining
Once in every 30 days - for 3-6 months from the date of joining
Once in every 60 days - for rest 6 months from the date of joining

The Date of Interaction and the Feedback Form filled should be same

Following are the distribution of points as follows:

On time Interaction - 3 points
Dealyed interaction by 1 week - 1 point
Delayed interaction by more than 1 week - 0 point

SARATHI Ambassador

Once a SARATHI has crossed the threshold of 65 points, he/she is recognized as the SARATHI Ambassador for his/her respective department.

This entitles him / her to earn the Shri Krishna Badge.

SARATHI Ambassadors are recognized on this platform along with their Badges, with their choice of display limiting to 1

On Completion of 18 points - Sipper and Bag
On Completion of 1 year by any of your ward - Storyteller Notebook
You will receive the badges as per feedback received from your ward on a qurarterly basis

Recognition to SARATHI

Every month a STANDEE displaying #1 Best SARATHI of the month would be displayed on the front gate of respective facilties. The decision to identify the best SARATHI depends upon the Algorithm as per feedbacks received from their respective wards.

Along with that for the Best Salary of the Month, A slamboom would also be publised about the SARATHI along with a space for its wards to write their testimonials.

SARATHI LeaderBoard

Every Month a consolidated leaderboard would be published on this site, showing up who is topping the charts in the race to become the #1 Best Sarathi of the Year. Monthly leaderboard would be published
